It’s that time again for the 31st Annual Lampson Cable Bridge Run. The event offers 1 mile, 5k and 10k runs. All three runs begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, December 19th. The event is organized by Pasco Recreation Services.

The start of the race begins at Neil F. Lampson Office Building (Kennewick side of the Cable Bridge) and finishes at Lampson Maintenance Shop in Big Pasco.

Get some exercise, enjoy the fresh air and have some fun!

If you’ve lived in the Tri-Cities long enough, you’ve most likely been to the St. Patrick’s Day Irish Games. If not, you’re missing out!

Every year is jam-packed full of activities to do, booths to explore, and music to hear. The kidzone area alone is nearly 40,000 square feet. That’s a lot of area for your munchkins to run around and have fun in! A bracelet is required for the children’s area, but it’s only $20, well worth it when they go home with a smile on their face. If you have even smaller children, there are plenty of other activities such as face painting, carnival games, and bounce houses.

We can’t forget the awesome music that accompanies this event! The main band this year is “Hollywood Stones” who is a Rolling Stones Cover Band. You’re bound to be rocking and rolling all night long!

Of course, there will be tons of good food from many different vendors. There are also so many booths with so many cool things, you will be sure to leave with your wallet a little lighter! The Dubliner Pub is where you’ll want to go dressed up in your Irish Games attire.

Go to the Irish Games at TRAC! March 20 4pm-1am, and March 21 10am-1am. It’s only $3 a person, and kids 6 and under are free!
